What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email, phone and company when you request a quote or contact us.
• Account details: your name, email and a securely hashed password for the client portal.
• Project information: messages, files, tickets and invoices related to your work with us.
• Job applications: your CV and the details you send when you apply for a role. Only our hiring team can see them, and we delete them automatically after 12 months.
• Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, for how long, the type of device and browser, and where the visit came from. We use a random identifier stored in your browser instead of cookies, and we never store your IP address.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver and support your projects, send invoices, keep our services secure and improve them. We don't sell your personal information.

Client data we host

When we host or maintain your website or app, we process its data only to provide those services and on your instructions.

Your location

We use your IP address to show our website in the language of your country, and to count visits by approximate country and city. We don't store your IP address or a precise location. IP geolocation by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are hashed, access is limited to the people who need it, and our systems are kept up to date. To protect the site against attacks and misuse, we keep the IP address of suspicious requests for up to 30 days, and a log of account activity (such as sign-ins) for up to 180 days.
