Services

ZeyWeb provides technology services including planning, design, development, security, deployment, maintenance, and support. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are provided as realistic ranges and are not guaranteed prices. Final pricing depends on the confirmed scope. Any changes to scope may affect cost and timeline and will be communicated before they take effect.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and any access or materials reasonably needed to deliver the work.

Intellectual property and ownership

Source code and deliverable ownership terms are set out in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of paid deliverables transfers on full payment. We may retain rights to our own reusable internal tools and libraries.

Payment

Payment terms, including milestones and schedules, are agreed in your engagement. Late or non-payment may result in paused work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
